Volunteer activity at the 25th Kumatori Food Bank Event!
On Saturday, July 22nd, 2023, the 25th Kumatori Food Bank Project was held in the parking lot in front of the Kumatori Town Chamber of Commerce. The place is also the local community of Osaka University of Tourism.
Nine of our students and one staff member participated in the event as volunteers!
On the day of the event, food and daily necessities were distributed free of charge as living support, and our students were in charge of setting up the venue, and food booths and guiding visitors on the scene.
It was a very hot day, but 98 people came to visit the food bank event for this year.
Osaka University of Tourism will continue to promote various activities as a university that supports and is loved by the local community.
