Students From Osaka University of Tourism Participated in the 33rd Kumatori Food Bank Volunteer Event

On Saturday, May 25, 2024, the “33rd Kumatori Food Bank Project” was held in the parking lot in front of the Kumatori Town Chamber of Commerce in our university’s local community.

Two of our university students participated as volunteers, and one faculty member donated 20 pieces of clothing. On the event day, food and daily necessities were distributed for free as part of life support activities. Our university students were responsible for setting up the venue, distributing daily necessities, and guiding visitors.

The event was held under clear skies, and 76 people attended.

Osaka University of Tourism will continue to advance various activities to support and be loved by the local community.
