Participation in the 35th Kumatori Food Bank Volunteer Activity

On Saturday, September 28, 2024, the “35th Kumatori Food Bank Project” was held in the parking lot in front of the Kumatori Town Chamber of Commerce, located near our university.

Two students and two faculty members from our university participated as volunteers in this project, and the participating faculty members also donated seven winter clothing items.


On the day of the event, food and daily necessities were distributed free of charge as part of livelihood support efforts. Our university was responsible for setting up the venue, distributing daily necessities, and guiding visitors.

The event was held under clear skies, and 76 people attended. Osaka University of Tourism will continue to support the local community and advance various activities as a university loved by the community.
