Student from Our University Participates in “Knowledge Ecosystem” Event at the Italy Pavilion, Expo 2025
On May 19, 2025, one student from our university participated in the international session titled “Knowledge Ecosystem: Knowledge as a Legacy for the Future”, held at the Italy Pavilion of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai. The event was hosted by the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), who kindly extended the invitation.
The event was organized by universities in the Lazio region, the Rome Technopole, and the Regional Committee of Universities of Lazio (CRUL), showcasing the region’s ecosystem of knowledge and innovation.
Under the theme “Knowledge as a Legacy for the Future”, participants discussed international initiatives by higher education and research institutions, as well as collaborations between universities and industry in strategically important economic sectors.
The session featured 13 speakers from Japan and abroad, including Associate Professor Susi Suzuki of Kyoto Institute of Technology, who shared expert insights and engaged in meaningful dialogue from both academic and practical perspectives.
After the session, participants had the opportunity to tour the Italy Pavilion, making it a valuable occasion to gain international perspectives and learn from diverse viewpoints.
