VTT (Vocational Training Team) Project by Osaka Nakanoshima Rotary Club and Kansai Medical University Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery Department
From January 11th to 28th, in Da Nang Hospital, Vietnam, VTT (Vocational Training Team) Project was taken and ended successfully on the initiative of Osaka Nakanoshima Rotary Club and with cooperation of Kansai Medical University Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery Department.
We did the intranasal endoscopic operations of 26 cases mostly for sinusitis. 2 doctors of Da Nang Hospital had mastered the intranasal endoscopic operation procedure under the guidance of 4 doctors of us. In addition, we were able to give the operation training to the local ENT doctors. We appreciate 17 Rotarians who participated in this project and supported us psychologically and financially.
In 5 years from now, we are planning to visit Vietnam once or twice a year and train again if needed.
