After the GEJE, the supply chain of goods and energy were paralyzed. Students who received the Certification from the TASCR program in September 2014 propose food- and energy-independent village systems. We would like to discuss leading technologies and their implementation to construct a happy and secure life in ‘model village’ in the Tohoku region.
