【Hometown Kumatori Town】Participated as a Volunteer in the “オリナスジカン” Event
On Sunday, June 9, 2024, at the Renga-kan and Nakaya Residence in our hometown of Kumatori Town, the “Kumatori Revitalization Event Project ‘オリナスジカン vol.3: Summer Preparations” was held, with two students from our university participating as volunteers!
The volunteer students assisted in the event’s smooth operation by setting up the venue, guiding visitors, cleaning up, and other tasks.
Despite the rainy weather, about 3,000 people attended, ranging from children to the elderly. The event was bustling with various food and drink stalls, handmade crafts, workshops, and art exhibits.

Osaka University of Tourism will continue to advance various activities to support and be loved by the local community.
