TUT General Club Council Holds Leaders Workshop
Toyohashi University of Technology (TUT) held a “Leaders’ Workshop” for current and incoming representatives of student clubs on Friday, September 29, 2023.
This workshop is held by the TUT General Club Council (an executive committee that mainly organizes student clubs) with the aim of deepening exchanges and cooperation among clubs by learning about each other’s activities.
At the beginning of the workshop, an instructor from the Toyohashi Heart Center gave a lecture on first aid and lifesaving. Participants deepened their understanding of how to respond to accidents during club activities through practical exercises using an AED.
President Terashima then gave a lecture on “What is required of leaders,” to which participants listened attentively.
In addition, a discussion on a theme related to all clubs led to a lively exchange of opinions and a fulfilling training session.
