An agreement of academic and educational collaboration and a memorandum for exchange of students were signed between Lomonosov Moscow State University and Nagaoka University of Technology. (2019.9.24)

The president of Nagaoka University of Technology, Nobuhiko Azuma and the specially appointed associate professor for academia-industry fusion, Kiichiro Hatoyama, participated as observers at the 8th Russian-Japanese Forum of Rectors and the 2nd General Assembly Meeting of the Association of Institutions of Higher Education of the Russian Federation and Japan held at Lomonosov Moscow State University. At the meeting, the member universities of the association discussed the situation and issues of academic exchange projects and student exchanges between Japan and Russia. As part of the meeting, Victor Sadovnichiy, Recor of Lomonosov Moscow State University, and president Azuma, of our university signed an agreement of academic and educational collaboration and a memorandum for exchange of students. The foundation for collaborative research and student exchange in various fields, including the Faculty of Psychology and the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics, has been prepared.
